Application Customisation

Some Organizations may want the RiskComp application to have the same "look and feel" as their own Organization’s intranet. In this case, modifications can be made to their specific copy (either Managed Service or Portal).

System Design & Implementation

The RiskComp application requires the IBM Lotus Domino server to be used as the Web server software. Some Organizations may not have the skills and/or resources to deploy this infrastructure, whereas RiskComp Ltd. has extensive experience of such implementations with our own IBM Certified Professionals, and can provide this as a specific Consultancy service, where practical.

Remote System Management

As an extension to the design and implementation service, RiskComp can provide ongoing day-to-day management of the Organization’s IBM Lotus Domino server supporting the RiskComp Intranet Portal over the Internet through a Virtual Private Network (secure channel).

Training

Although RiskComp can be used without the need for modification, some Organizations may have a need to modify the Expertise to include their own specific threats, vulnerabilities, policies, etc. This could result in the need for the provision of training, including Customer site visits (where practical), remote collaborative working, or simply the provision of further documentation.

Policy Import Service

Many Organizations already have a defined policy document for specific areas, e.g. Information Security, Health & Safety, etc. and may want to create a bespoke Expertise to assess compliance against it. RiskComp offer a Value Added Service of importing the Organization’s policy into the required format, and generating the policy statements against which the Organization can then create the questions, responses, categories, and assessments.
