Your privacy is very
important to RiskComp Ltd., even more so because of the
nature of the services that we offer.
This policy statement details the information practices
that RiskComp uses including the type of information we
gather and track, how the information is used and how
you can have inaccuracies in the information corrected.
Whilst you can can travel through some of our site
without giving us any information about yourself,
sometimes we do need information to provide services
that you request. We update our policy from time to time
without notice so please check back periodically.

What information do we gather and track?
We request personal information when you request a free
membership, or when a new Membership is taken out we
require certain information to ensure the stringent
security of the RiskComp Managed Service is not
compromised. From time to time, we may ask you for some
details when you answer a survey, enter a contest, or
correspond with us. You make the decision whether to
proceed with any activity that requests personal
information. If you do not wish to provide the requested
information, however, you may not be able to complete
the objectives.
We are planning in
the near future to offer sales via online credit card
purchase. We will be using a trusted third party payment
processing company, Protx, who are authorised by all of
the major card issuing banks. As such, we will never
store any information relating to credit cards, as this
is handled by our payments processing partner.
How do we use the information we gather and track?
RiskComp collects your personal information in order to
record and support your participation in the services
you select. If you register for the free trial of the
Managed Service, for example, the information is used to
register you to the system and provide your unique User
ID and password for subsequent access. The information
that you provide is also used as part of our effort to
keep you informed about product upgrades, special
offers, and other products and services of RiskComp Ltd.
We intend to protect the quality and integrity of your
personally identifiable information. We have implemented
appropriate technical and organizational measures, such
as using encryption for every single element of
information you obtain from this site, to help us keep
your information secure, accurate, current, and
complete.
Who do we share the information with?
ABSOLUTELY NO-ONE ! - except where we are
required to by law. We will not share your Personal
information with anyone, and we will only share
information about your Organization (e.g. testimonials,
marketing literature, etc.) with your explicit consent.
How do we correct inaccurate information?
We will make a sincere effort to respond in a timely
manner to your requests to correct inaccuracies in your
personal information. To correct inaccuracies in your
personal information please return the message
containing the inaccuracies to the sender with details
of the correction requested.
